An Introduction. Between Chapters.

Hi, I’m Chitra.
You already know me, so I’ll skip the long introduction. But I did want to tell you a little about what this is, because I know there are hundreds of blogs out there, and I didn’t want to add just another one to the pile.
Between Chapters is my way of staying with you beyond the therapy room. I’ll be writing about all sorts of things: ideas I’ve borrowed from the people I work with, stories I’ve found myself connecting to, thoughts that have stayed with me. Some of it might speak to exactly where you are. Some of it might not, but it may be just the thing for someone you know who’s struggling with something.
Mostly, this is me offering you things to think about, to sit with, to reflect on, and, where I can, some practical tools and resources to help.
Between Chapters is your guide, your resource to turn to - in between sessions, in between life. Whether you’re in therapy right now, finding your way through a quieter season, or simply here to read, you’re welcome.
I’m really glad you’re here. Let’s see where this goes.
Love,
C
