Empowering Mental Well-being

A liminal space is that in-between phase of life - when one chapter has ended but the next hasn’t fully begun. In our counselling sessions, we gently journey with you through this transition, helping you find steadiness, meaning, and hope as you move forward.

Client Stories

"My counsellor has been effective in listening to me from the very start, when i needed a listening and empathetic ear to my problems which have gave me a really low quality of life. My counsellor also had sessions put in place for me when I needed it the most and gave a slot for me even if it was last minute which I found it extremely useful. I needed solutions curb the toxic cycle my mind was going through, and i was guided through it. i will not say that I am all good or well, but i am definitely in a better space with proper help, which did not make me feel alone in this journey. i think those in need of help, should receive it as well, for i can feel the difference mentally."

Client S, Female, 21 year old,
